This Cookie Policy explains how Lounge Connect uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.

1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by the sites you visit. They let a site remember you between requests — for example, to keep you signed in as you move between pages.

2.Cookies we use

We use only the cookies needed to run the service. They are httpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and they are marked Secure in production, which means they are only ever sent over an encrypted connection.

lc_session — holds a staff sign-in session so you stay signed in to your workspace. It lasts up to 7 days, or 12 hours when “Remember me” is turned off.
lc_customer — holds a guest's table session so the ordering experience keeps working while they are seated. It lasts up to 30 days.

3.Other local storage

Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

4.Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies listed above, you will not be able to sign in or use a guest table session.

5.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date shown above.
