Terms of Use

Last updated 13 October 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Lounge Connect. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1.The service

Lounge Connect is a platform that lets venues offer QR table ordering to guests, and lets their teams manage orders, tables, staff, and inventory from a live dashboard.

2.Accounts and access

  • Staff accounts are created by a venue administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
  • Guest access is granted for the duration of a table session and must not be shared, reused, or transferred.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • attempt to access accounts, areas, or data you are not authorised to use;
  • interfere with or disrupt the service, or probe, scan, or test its security;
  • upload or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties without our written permission.

4.Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown on our pricing page. A 2.5% customer transaction fee also applies to customer transactions; that fee is charged to the customer at checkout and is not deducted from the venue.

Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change means you accept the new price.

5.Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

6.Intellectual property

The service — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo, or branding without permission.

7.Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, such as hosting and email delivery. Your use of those parts of the service may also be subject to their terms.

8.Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

9.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10.Termination

We may suspend or end access to the service if these terms are breached, or where it is necessary to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [jurisdiction].

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

13.Contact

If you have questions about these terms, please reach out through our contact page.
